Monday, February 10

  • Well-being Day – No Classes

    • Friday, February 21
  • Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional students graduation application priority deadline for Commencement Program (5 P.M.)

    • Friday, February 28
  • Priority Deadline for Pass/Fail

    • Friday, March 7
  • Class Pass/Fail Declarations: Last day for students to submit class Pass/Fail declarations
  • Last Day for Graduate, Post-Baccalaureate, and Professional Students to Drop Regularly Scheduled Classes in ConnectCarolina.
  • Last Day for all undergraduate students to drop courses in ConnectCarolina Drops processed between weeks 3-8 remain on the student record with a grade notation of “W”

    Wednesday, March 12
  • Prorated Term Withdrawal Ends Last day for students to withdraw from all classes in Spring 2025 and receive a prorated refund.
