Tuesdays in Spanish @ 12:00pm (Eastern time)
Classes are approximately 75-90 minutes in length
*No classes held on Monday, January 20th or May 26th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Memorial Day holidays. We commit to this schedule through May of 2025. Please check back for updates on the continuation of this offering.

This free service offers education for pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. Ready, Set, Baby has recently been updated to provide COVID-19 guidance and recommendations. Classes are facilitated by lactation training students and staff at the Carolina Global Breastfeeding Institute and are precepted by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
Note: The zoom platform is compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
