Mondays* @ 1:00pm and 3:00pm (Eastern time)

Tuesdays in Spanish @ 12:00pm (Eastern time)

Classes are approximately 75-90 minutes in length

*No classes held on Jan 2, Jan 16, May 29, July 4, Sept 4, Nov 20-21, and Dec 25-26 in observance of Holidays.

*No class Tuesday May 30th

This free service offers education for pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. Ready, Set, Baby has recently been updated to provide COVID-19 guidance and recommendations. Classes are facilitated by lactation training students and staff at the Carolina Global Breastfeeding Institute and are precepted by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Note: The zoom platform is compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

There are currently no plans to discontinue this offering, though the schedule is subject to change. Please check back for a 2023 schedule.
