- The implementation team developed detailed job duties for every new or modified Ecosystem staff position. These were shared with all student services staff, department chairs and central School senior leaders. Job duties will undergo final adjustments next week and then be used to develop job descriptions for every position. We especially appreciate all the student services staff who are identifying gaps and risk areas needing further examination.
- We’ve agreed a way to work more closely with department chairs, to help ensure the Ecosystem will be equally successful for students in all programs. Thanks to Nutrition chair Beth Mayer-Davis and Health Policy and Management chair Morris Weinberger for volunteering as chair liaisons to the Ecosystem initiative.
- We have a fledgling web page where you can find the most recent Ecosystem implementation update and some basic resources. We’ll be adding more details as we go.
