UNC implementing new student systems (starting with Student Central replacement)

The new UNC portal combines the functions of many student applications

UNC is in the process of replacing many of its information systems through a project called ConnectCarolina. In the first public go-live for the project, on July 20, 2009, a new portal (called AccessCarolina ) was launched to replace Student Central.

AccessCarolina provides one-stop access to the UNC directory, student processes (e.g., dropping and adding courses), course information (e.g., your course schedule), undergraduate advising information and more.
