Shachtman, former biostatistics professor, dies at 75
July 10, 2017 Dr. Richard Shachtman, former biostatistics professor at the Gillings School, died June 24, in Phoenix, Ariz. Shachtman was on the UNC public health faculty from 1973 to 1997.
