About
Perform Tier II technical support to faculty, students, and staff in the classroom, conference room, and auditorium locations by providing installation, programming, maintenance, and operation of room media equipment and remote and in-person troubleshooting tasks for school spaces. Also responsible for advanced administration and support of Zoom remote conferencing services to facilitate synchronous classes, webinars, meetings, and events. Provide support for the school’s Instruction Media Services group's daily tasks, including distributing check-out equipment and setting up and striking multimedia equipment for assigned Gillings classes and events.
