-Provides administrative and logistical support to the chair-Provides departmental support for faculty searches, committee meetings, student awards, and other projects
-Prepares reports, correspondence, and other materials for the chair
-Assists with department initiatives
-Assists with faculty appointments, promotions and tenure
-Coordinates adjunct faculty appointments and resources
-Maintains minutes of faculty and APT meetings
-Event planning
