About

I was born in Miami, Florida and raised across the east coast. In 2014 I received my Bachelor’s degree from Pace University in New York City. Soon after, I moved back to my hometown after having received an opportunity with Broward College, the second largest community college in the state. For the past 10 years, I have developed my professional experience as a program manager for various Department of Labor and Education grants. In 2021, I joined a small team tasked with developing a county-wide economic development program. Alongside this team, I designed, drafted and implemented all programming for an initiative tasked at providing scholarships and workforce education to a community of over 2 million residents. I have a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Florida International University. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, going to the gym and exploring North Carolina, which I am happy to call my new home.
