Ms. Ratcliffe received a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Skidmore College (1994). She is currently President & CEO of Carol Woods Retirement Community in Chapel Hill, NC. She has extensive experience and leadership in long-term care and institutional challenges of providing care to an aging population along the full of care-including end of life.
