About

Mallory Turner is an environmental and maternal and child health researcher whose research investigates social and environmental health equity across the life course. Mallory has experience using human-centered design, implementation science, and qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Currently, Mallory is an Environmental Health Researcher in the U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development working on projects focused on mitigating adverse health impacts of wildfire smoke, examining associations between extreme heat and health outcomes, and exploring cumulative impacts of living near industrial facilities, all among communities experiencing environmental justice concerns.
