Katlyn Delaney is a research specialist in the Department of Epidemiology in the Gillings School of Global Public Health. She earned her bachelors degree in biomedical science, with a concentration in molecular biology from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020.

As a former research technician, Delaney focused her expertise on examining different gene promoter polymorphisms and their application to disease susceptibility and immune response.
