About

Dr. John Baron is a professor of epidemiology with more than 30 years of experience as an etiologic and clinical epidemiologist. Currently, he focuses his research on cancer (especially colorectal cancer) and gastroenterological disorders. He is the leader of the Polyp Prevention Study Group, which has conducted several clinical trials of adenoma prevention, and is active in the Colon Family Registry and the Early Detection Research Network.
