About
Eliza Allen (she/her) is the Operations Director for NCIPH, where she is passionate about supporting impactful public health initiatives in her home state and alma mater. She has over a decade of experience improving organizational, operational, and financial practices in research institutions. She previously worked at Huron Consulting Group, where she supported and led many strategic initiatives to improve research operations at top universities across the country. Outside of work, Eliza enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her family and friends.
