Rebecca Rohde is an applications analyst with more than ten years experience as a researcher specializing in SAS and genetics programming.

Staff/Administrative Duties

Ms. Rohde conducts SAS programming and uses many different softwares for genetic analysis. She performs meta analyses with studies from universities across the United States. She also conducts analyses of hundreds of thousands of SNPs using software products such as: plink, probabel, haploview,sugen, mantra,locuszoom, rare metal and fast.
