Have you moved or changed your email address? Do you have a new job or news of professional accomplishments you want to share with us? Update your alumni information anytime after graduation so you do not miss out on Gillings School news, events and important announcements.

Free alumni email address and forwarding services

UNC provides free email forwarding services to all alumni. Create a unique email address ending with @alumni.unc.edu or forward your email to other addresses. Visit the UNC ITS page and the UNC General Alumni Association page for more information.

Career services

Alumni are welcome to schedule an appointment to discuss career transitions, job search tips, negotiating offers, resume and cover letter reviews and other career guidance topics. Please visit the Gillings School Career Services page.

Continuing education

The School runs the largest and most comprehensive continuing education program among schools of public health in the United States. Contact our Office of Continuing Education for information about courses.

Carolina Public Health magazine

Alumni receive a free subscription to the Carolina Public Health magazine. Two issues are published each year (spring and fall), and feature stories about the work of our students, alumni, faculty and friends who are dedicating their lives to accelerating public health solutions across North Carolina and around the world.

Access to UNC Libraries

Alumni have access to UNC's libraries after they graduate. For more information, please visit the Health Sciences Library FAQ page and alumni services page for more information.

Front Lines e-newsletter

Alumni can subscribe to the Gillings School's bimonthly e-newsletter, Front Lines, which contains top stories of local and global impact, school news, alumni features and upcoming events.

Online directory

Alumni and students have access to Tar Heel Connect, a password-secure online directory where you can search for and connect with alumni and students. Log in to Tar Heel Connect.

Transcripts

All requests for transcripts are processed through the Office of the University Registrar.
