Emails or Announcements to Alumni or Donors

Who should use this service?

The Advancement Office of the Gillings School of Global Public Health provides email communication services for Gillings School departments, units, centers, institutes or affiliates. Faculty, staff and students who want to communicate to alumni or donors by email must submit a request using this form.

Email or announcement examples include event notices and invitations, award announcements and emails seeking award nominations, and general email correspondence (such as department news and updates).

- Include an announcement in the alumni, donors and friends e-newsletter: Select this option if you want to submit a brief announcement in the quarterly e-newsletters sent to alumni, donors and friends.

Please be as specific as possible. Examples include: ALL alumni and donors; ESE alumni only; EPID alumni in the Atlanta area; HB alumni who graduated in the last 10 years. Per University policy, individuals who have requested to opt-out of receiving emails from the University or the Gillings School will be excluded from the list of recipients.
