About

Tiffany Farina is the associate dean for finance and business with more than 10 years of experience in higher education administration and leadership. She has a passion for creating inclusive, affordable, and accessible educational experiences. Tiffany has a successful track record in both education and industry where she has extensive experience collaborating across functional areas to address emerging challenges and dynamic needs. At the University of New Hampshire, Tiffany developed a campus-wide reporting strategy that helped principal investigators manage their research portfolios in a timely, compliant manner. And at Liberty Mutual, Tiffany supported the nationwide rollout of a workforce management solution to improve productivity and efficiency for over 4,000 claims adjusters. Tiffany is currently pursuing a doctorate in education at North Carolina State University. As a New Hampshire native, she is thankful to live in a state where the climate is amenable to year-round outdoor living. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, exploring our beautiful state.
