About

Professor Evarts is trained as a Certified Public Health Professional (CPH), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Practitioner of the MBTI Step I and Step II Instruments.  

She formerly served as the project manager for Research and Innovation Solutions at the Gillings School, director of operations at both the Center for Healthcare Quality in Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and UNC’s Department of Pediatrics center for healthcare quality improvement, as well as concluded her 17 years at Quintiles, Inc. as the director of project management training.

Her interests are in the effective application of principles from a variety of disciplines to address various public health and healthcare system challenges; these disciplines include project management, team effectiveness, leadership, quality improvement, clinical research and online education.
