Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute’s Carolina Consortium for Human Development (CCHD) invites you to the Fall 2020 Cairns Capstone Lecture.
Dr. Edith Chen will present Socioeconomic Disparities in Health: Costs of Upward Mobility? on Monday, Nov. 9 from 2-3:15 p.m. Each semester, the CCHD celebrates its proseminar series with the Robert B. Cairns Capstone Lecture in recognition of his outstanding contributions to scholarship and mentoring of developmental scientists. Dr. Edith Chen from Northwestern University is the recipient of this honor for the Fall 2020 series on Innovative Methodologies in Developmental Science in Diverse and Vulnerable Populations. This lecture is open to all and provides an excellent opportunity to discuss the overarching trends in a focal area of Developmental Science as well as important future directions.
