Seminar with Dr. Noah Kittner

Dr. Noah Kittner, a new faculty member in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering will present a seminar in the ENVR 777 class. Dr. Kittner will discuss previous research related to trace metal pollution and PM 2.5 emissions from coal-fired power plants as well as future avenues of his research related to the falling cost of emerging battery storage technologies and implications for air pollution from the power grid and electric vehicle applications. He will discuss new modeling techniques and their application to public health.
