PFAS Characterization, Removal and Replacement Workshop

Participants are invited to join the PFAS Characterization, Removal and Replacement Workshop, organized by faculty in the UNC Chemistry and Environmental Sciences and Engineering Departments. The workshop will take place at the Sonja Haynes Stone Center at UNC-Chapel Hill on Jan. 6.

The workshop aims to build upon the substantial state investment in PFAS research by bringing together stakeholders to generate crosscutting ideas that could be the seed for future team-based research opportunities, especially through large federal funding mechanisms. The meeting will feature a mix of academic and industry representatives and is free and open to all.
