The Cook Ross Everyday Bias Training will be facilitated by Kauline Cipriani, PhD, assistant dean for inclusive excellence. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of unconscious bias and how unconscious (implicit) biases develop, influence perceptions and decision making, and impact institutional diversity and inclusion efforts.
