The Womxn of Worth Conference seeks to meet the needs of Womxn of Color in navigating professional spaces while promoting resiliency and establishing a personal sense of worth. The conference curriculum is designed to equip participants with the tools necessary to succeed in attaining professional development and academic success. This year’s theme-Make Room for More seeks to acknowledge and recognize the unique challenges that Womxn of Color face in both their personal and professional lives.
