Rethinking Graduate Admissions: Managing Implicit Bias and Implementing Holistic Review

This workshop will provide space to engage and explore how to be more thoughtful about who and how we recruit, admit, and retain student cohorts. Implicit bias will be introduced and participants will discuss strategies for minimizing bias during the admissions process. The target audience for this event is faculty and staff involved in the admissions process but is open to any who are interested.
