Gillings Classroom Instructional Session: Intermediate Rooms

To familiarize users with operating classroom media equipment, the Gillings Audio Visual Services team has scheduled a series of live Zoom Q&A sessions. The IIS team has spent the past few weeks upgrading these spaces with cameras, microphones and new controllers to better support remote conferencing platforms like Zoom.

To make best use of time, we are also providing a collection of short pre-recorded instructional videos on how to operate the room equipment in four levels of the classrooms we manage. An emphasis of the recordings has been put on connecting and recording in Zoom from these rooms. We ask you to review the recordings by using the links below BEFORE attending the live Q&A sessions. To join the live Q&A, please complete the brief registration form for your desired session to receive the Zoom meeting information.
