Next in the Innovate Carolina Founders Forum series is an interview with Dr. Alice Ammerman, Founder and CEO of Equiti Foods. After years of research into the food system, food insecurity and how to prevent chronic disease, nutrition professor Dr. Ammerman founded her company with the goal of providing local, affordable, and most importantly, nutritious, food to her community. Moderated by Brock Pierce. Food Provided. This event will take place on Thursday, April 4 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at The Junction (136 E. Rosemary St., #100).
