A Fair Start for Children Lecture

Suna Hanöz-Penney, director of International Programs at ACEV— Mother Child Education Foundation in Istanbul, Turkey, will present a lecture titled, ” A Fair Start for Children, ACEV’s Experiences in Program Replication in Turkey and Internationally.”
