Data Quality in Online Surveys: Design and Diagnostics

Online surveys now represent a large segment of the research on public attitudes and behaviors. In this workshop, participants will cover metrics for evaluating common data quality issues and strategies for maximizing data quality in a variety of online survey designs, including convenience samples, nonprobability samples with quotas and probability-based online panels.
