NACCHO Student Chapter
at UNC-CH
The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Student Chapter at UNC-CH is committed to evaluating and promoting best practices in public health, while fostering an appreciation for the work of local governmental health officials. We accomplish this mission through engagement with local health departments and community health organizations, and the NACCHO organization.
Our organization is one of five authorized student chapters of NACCHO.
As a NACCHO Student Chapter member, you can:
- Learn more about local, state, and federal governmental public health,
- Access national NACCHO resources including job/internship postings, conferences, webinars, and newsletters,
- Network with other students interested in governmental public health both in this chapter and across other University student chapters,
