Room Reservation Request
The Office of Student Affairs will confirm all requests and send a confirmation email when your request is granted. Requests for meetings, events, or programs will not be confirmed until classes have been scheduled for that semester (June 15 fall semester reservations and January 10 spring semester reservations).
When sending room reservation requests, please remember that same day reservations are no longer accepted. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation within 1-2 business days of submission.
Weekends and After Hours
If you are reserving a room after hours (7 p.m.) or on weekends you must also contact facilities coordinator Julie McManus, firstname.lastname@example.org. She can also help you reserve additional tables for conference rooms, classrooms and auditoriums.
