Staff/Administrative Duties
Application analyst for the Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center (CSCC), Jeff is responsible for the coding, testing, documentation and maintenance of table, listing, graph and data retrieval programs for research studies utilizing the SAS programming language. These programs use data step, SAS procedure and SAS SQL processing to perform these functions. The project-specific displays are output using SAS ODS (Output Delivery System) to either a RTF or PDF file. Also using SAS, Jeff performs quality control of analytical derived datasets and report output for projects and project-related manuscripts. Jeff provides periodic status updates to the CSCC's functional manager and delegates project requests if needed. Jeff performs ad hoc programming duties as requested.
