PHield Trips

Offered each year, the PHield Trip experience provides an immersive experience for students, faculty and staff to engage with public health partners throughout the community. PHield trip events may be offered in either virtual or in-person formats. Transportation and meals and/or snacks for in-person events will be provided

RTI International

April 7, 2 – 4 p.m..
We invite you to join our virtual Phield Trip to one of the world’s leading research institutes, RTI International. An independent, non-profit research institute dedicated to improving the human condition, RTI works with governments, businesses, foundations, universities and other clients to address the world’s most critical problems with science-based solutions in pursuit of a better future. The event will feature a keynote on RTI’s current global health projects and discuss research and practice in a global setting. Breakout rooms will give students an opportunity to students will learn about the internship and career opportunities at RTI and speak with staff about the projects they are working on as well as their experiences as professionals working in public health. Space is limited so please register now.
