Determining the distinction between intelligence (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) is a critical skillset that can alter how we perceive situations and respond to others. Enhancing our emotional intelligence is a proactive discipline that strengthens our ability to manage our emotional functioning, improve communication skills, and increase our overall productivity.
