Design Thinking II

Target Audience

Program managers, program developers, health educators, people who are going through a quality improvement (QI) process. Anyone trying to create a program or revamp an old one.

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will identify programs or processes where they could employ the design thinking process.
  • Participants will apply design thinking methodology to generate examples of program prototypes.
  • Participants will apply design thinking methodology to plan a pilot program.

Description

Participants will continue practicing the five-step design thinking process, building on the objectives from Design Thinking I. Using the customer profiles participants created in Design Thinking I, we will start to design products and services to match.

This course is one part of a two-part series with Design Thinking I.
