2019 North Carolina School Nurse Conference
Join us for the 2019 North Carolina School Nurse Conference, December 5-6, 2019 at the Koury Convention Center at Four Seasons in Greensboro, NC. This conference, with over 600 annual participants, offers extensive opportunities for professional development to advance the practice of school nurses. Participants can learn from national, state and local experts, discover cutting-edge resources and network with professionals from a variety of backgrounds.

This conference is jointly provided by the Public Health Nursing and Professional Development Unit, North Carolina Division of Public Health, collaboratively with the North Carolina Institute for Public Health, UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and the Children and Youth Branch of the North Carolina Division of Public Health.

Continuing Education Credit
Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credit for this educational activity will be provided through the Public Health Nursing and Professional Development Unit. The Public Health Nursing and Professional Development Unit, North Carolina Division of Public Health, is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Attendance at all sessions on both days and completion of a conference evaluation are required for CNE credit. No partial credit will be awarded.
Conference Registration
Registration for the School Nurse Conference will be open from September 1st – November 15th, 2019. Registration includes breakfast and lunch, conference materials, break service, continuing education credit and all meeting expenses. You will be required to select the three breakout sessions you want to attend during registration. We encourage you to register early to ensure that you are able to get your preferred sessions.
No payments or participant registration will be handled on-site.
