Matthew Richardson wins Honorable Mention Poster Award at WRRI Conference

| Matthew Richardson, an ESE MS Student (Ball Advisor) was awarded an Honorable Mention in the poster contest at the 2005 WRRI Symposium and Annual Conference held April 4-5, 2005 at the Jane S. McKimmon Center in Raleigh, NC. The poster entitled “Water and Sewer Infrastructure Needs, Capital Finance Strategies, The Appalachian Region and North Carolina was authored by Matthew Richardson, Shadi Eskaf, (PhD, Hughes Advisor) and Jeff Hughes, Richard Whisnant and Lynn Weller from the UNC School of Government. Matthew’s winning poster is currently on display outside of the Chair’s office, 106 Rosenau Hall. Additionally, Matthew will be a guest at ESE Tea on Monday, April 18, 2005 to discuss his research.
