Room Display Panels have been mounted on the outside of each centrally supported classroom and conference room to conveniently view room schedules in real time.

Large 98″ LCD Screens were installed in the Rosenau 101 and MHRC 2005 conference rooms.

Document Cameras: New document cameras have been added to large and medium classroom locations. The device’s image can be projected both in the physical classroom as well as in a remote conferencing session for an enhanced hybrid experience to annotate information or show closer item details.

Huddly L1 camera

Camera and Ceiling Microphones were installed in MHRC 2005 & 3005 conference rooms to improve the remote conferencing experience.

New Projectors were installed in MHRC 3100 Conference Room; Joan Gillings and the Blue Cross & Blue Shield Auditoriums to replace older LCD projectors for a brighter lamp-less image.

Auto-Tracking Camera feature is being piloted in centrally supported conference rooms to automatically follow & track room participants to enhance the remote conferencing experience.
