Housed within the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Gillings School of Global Public Health, the Institute for Environmental Health Solutions (IEHS) is focused on protecting those who are particularly vulnerable to diseases caused by environmental factors, putting solutions directly into the hands of individuals and communities most at risk.
IEHS comprises four health divisions supported by a research hub of assistant professors, graduate students and postdoctoral trainees.
