Working with Professional Translators and Interpreters in Research

Learn about the importance of collaborating with qualified interpreters and translators when designing and implementing health research studies with speakers of languages other than English. Myriam Peereboom, MBA/MHA, CMI, CHITM, of UNC Hospitals Interpreter Services will detail the roles and modes of interpreters and some do’s and don’ts to keep in mind when working with interpreters and translators.
