Please join the Parr Center for their third headliner of the 2019-2020 series, Robin Jeshion, professor of philosophy at the University of Southern California. She specializes in the philosophy of language and mind. Recently she has been writing about slurring terms, attempting to understand to what extent audiences and social structures are incorporated in their semantics and pragmatics.
Light refreshments will be provided.
