Suspect Citizens: Driving While Black in the US Seminar

Frank R. Baumgartner, Richard J. Richardson Distinguished Professor of Political Science, will present a talk titled, “Suspect Citizens: Driving While Black in North Carolina and the US.”

Frank R. Baumgartner, of UNC-Chapel Hill, has written extensively on the topics of public policy, lobbying and framing in both US and comparative perspectives. He has published scores of articles in the major political science journals, serves on numerous editorial boards, has held various offices in the Midwest Political Science Association, the American Political Science Association (including Vice President) and has been active with the National Science Foundation.
