SHAC Classroom to Community Info Session

The Student Health Action Coalition (SHAC) will host an information session on “Classroom to Community,” a program designed to use schools as primary centers for public health community engagement. Classroom to Community aims to: empower students to develop health knowledge and skills and get exposure to mentors and health careers; work with schools to make healthier students and provide more health resources and support for teachers; and help university graduate students develop valuable skills and build stronger connections to local communities.
