RTI-UNC Gillings PHield Trip

RTI International hosts the annual PHield Trip for the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health community, from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023. This program, held on the RTI campus in the Research Triangle Park, includes:
- Keynote address from Wendee Wechsberg, director of the RTI Global Gender Center and Substance Use, Gender, and Applied Research; adjunct professor, UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health; Forbes 50 over 50 – Impact Awardee (2022)
- Remarks by Maggie Rothenberg, MPH ’23, RTI health research analyst intern and 2022 RTI Mentee of the Year; BriAnna Walker, RTI senior program specialist II and student engagement manager; and Katie Bowler Young, operations director for university collaborations
- Campus tour
- Networking lunch
The PHield Trip is open to students, faculty and staff at Gillings. Advance registration is required by Wednesday, February 15, 2023, 11:59 PM EST.
This event is part of ongoing collaboration through the RTI-Gillings Preferred IMPACT Partnership.
