Project RESTART: Using Interdisciplinary Teams to Address Domestic Violence

Join the Gillings IPEP Student Interest Group and the UNC Injury Prevention Research Center during National Public Health Week to honor the theme of Violence Prevention and learn more about Project RESTART (Restorative, Effective Solutions Toward Accountability, Responsibility and Treatment), an interdisciplinary research initiative to develop a survivor-centered Domestic Violence Intervention Program (DVIP). Attendees will learn the ways in which Project RESTART aims to create an updated, comprehensive and evidence-based approach to DVIPs from an interdisciplinary perspective.
