North Carolina Healthcare Information and Communications Alliance (NCHICA) is pleased to announce the Project Management 101 series event hosted by the Young Professionals Program (YPP). Please join the NCHICA for an insightful learning session which covers the basic concept and best practices of successful project management. Attendees will learn how to develop work plans, plan for resources, and manage time. The class will also focus on the importance of communication and consulting skills and how to effectively manage stakeholders and the project team. Please register online.
