Introduction to Focus Groups Online

This is a 2-day (9/23 and 9/24) online course. Course hours are 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. each day.

Focus groups are commonly used to capture rich information about attitudes and beliefs. The class will highlight the most appropriate uses of focus groups, and the essentials of moderating focus groups, developing interview questions, analyzing and using results, as well as reporting findings. The class will be supplemented with real-life examples and hands-on exercises.
