Supporting the Antiracist Work and Needs of BIPOC Students, Faculty and Staff at Gillings

This roundtable-style conversation was created to provide a space for BIPOC students, faculty, and staff at Gillings to:
– Prioritize and share BIPOC-centered needs surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism (DEIA) at Gillings, UNC, and beyond.
– Identify ways to relieve the burden placed on BIPOC folks to do the bulk of DEIA work.
– Fellowship and build support networks within and across BIPOC communities at Gillings.
