Inclusive Excellence Training: Understanding Unconscious Bias

This workshop will provide space to engage in an interactive discussion on culture, power and privilege and introduce participants to the impact of implicit bias in our daily decision making process. Come discuss and develop simple constructive ways to increase self -awareness and self-reflection to increase inclusive practices in our work and life.
