HIV in Transgender Populations: A Human Rights Approach

Tonia C. Poteat, PhD, MPH, and assistant professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health will give a talk titled, “HIV in Transgender Populations: A Human Rights Approach.”  Poteat is an international scholar working at the intersection of public health, human rights, and social justice with a special focus on LGBTQ health as well as HIV prevention and treatment for key populations.Free parking is available after 5 p.m. at the FedEx Global Education Center.
