Join NC TraCS for what should prove to be an interesting and productive session: Embracing Innovative Ideas from Multiple Stakeholders. Jeannine Herrick is a Senior Advisor at the NC Public Health Leadership Institute. She will be leading this session and be highlighting some of her work with national leadership development work centered around transformation.

Jeannine will discuss common elements for success, change process, and key ingredients and common challenges for stakeholder engagement. Jeannine will also highlight helpful tools throughout including how to craft a value proposition to articulate what different stakeholders bring to a collaborative effort.
